Flash Flood is a cooperative card game for up to four players. The river is rising and the only road connecting your settlement to the world is threatened. Responding to the call to action, your team is assigned a section of the riverbank and a wagon-load of sandbags. You must build a levee before the river rises to flood the road! The 72 cards depict sandbags to be laid out on the table in a certain pattern, but some bags are ripped, and sometimes there are leaks to be repaired as you race against the water level. This is cooperative, counting on each other, but your communication is hindered by the roaring river. Can you count on your fellow players to repair a leak while you add an intact sandbag?
