Perhaps the oldest board game ever found, the Royal Game of Ur is considered the “grandfather of backgammon,” dating back over 5,000 years. It’s ancient but still fun and engaging after all this time. The Game of UR is a "running fight” game, as well as a capturing game.
This version is rendered in full color on a 4x8.5-inch solid maple wood board, using standard cribbage pegs for pieces. Made in the USA for 2 players ages 6+.
